This class includes admission to Superblue exhibitions prior to the event.
Participants will be activated through a series of breathwork techniques and movement to open the body and mind for sound relaxation & meditation. Michelle will bring organic sounds of the Gong, Bowls & Handpan to close the session for the ultimate sensory experience.
