Each year, The Giving Back Fund holds its “Big Game Big Give” fundraising event at a private estate in the Super Bowl city the weekend of the big game.
Event Details
The premiere A-list event is taking place on Saturday, February 1st, from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. at a private $65 million mansion on Star Island, and will be co-hosted by famed filmmaker Michael Bay and celebrity friends. The star-studded gala has been voted the number one Super Bowl party by ESPN The Magazine.
More than 100 sports legends, NFL players, celebrities and socialites are confirmed to attend and walk the red carpet. NFL Hall of Fame legend and social activist Jim Brown will be honored with a philanthropic award, presented by Hall of Famer and Super Bowl XXXV MVP Ray Lewis. The event will also feature celebrity performances, surprise appearances, upscale cocktails, local cuisine by award-winning chef Adrianne Calvo, a live auction, a VIP rooftop lounge and dinner experience by Oasis House, and much more.
Past celebrity hosts and attendees include: Mark Wahlberg, Hilary Swank, Michael Phelps, Joe Montana, Common, Jamie Foxx, Ludacris, Demi Moore, Jay Leno, Shaquille O’Neal, Ashton Kutcher, David Schwimmer, Alec Baldwin, Aaron Rodgers, Chris Rock, Marcus Allen and Josh Brolin. Past performers include Black Eyed Peas, Common, Jamie Foxx and Jordin Sparks.
To date, Big Game Big Give has raised more than $10 million for worthwhile causes around the globe. This year, the event will benefit national philanthropic advancement and local Miami nonprofits including Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
