Event Details

From 7 PM to 10 PM on Saturdays, The Hotel Bar transforms into a hub where local artists bring the dance floor to life with dynamic Latin beats.

Miami Nights:
• Location: The Hotel Bar
• Time: Saturdays in June, from 7 PM to 10 PM (with the exception of 6/29 - instead there will be a vinyl DJ)
• Live Latin fusion beats from locals DJs.

New Cocktail Updates:
• Mellow Out: A smoky cocktail that will make you feel like you are by a campfire in Kentucky. Mellow Out with Bulleit Rye Whiskey and house made Toasted Marshmallow syrup from The Diplomat Pastry team. Garnished with toasted marshmallows.

• Lychee Delight: A Japanese-inspired cocktail with a mix of refreshing and fragrant notes. Includes Lychee, Lillet Aperol, Tanqueray Gin, lemon, and Chandon Brut.

• Golden Hour: Inspired by France, this vibrant cocktail features the refreshing taste of grapefruit and Lillet Aperol, the smoothness of Basil Hayden bourbon, and a touch of sweetness from honey.

• Hello Sunshine: A Florida Inspired cocktail using Munyon’sPaw-Paw liqueur. Craft distilled in Florida, Paw-Paw was originally created as a homeopathic home remedy. The flavors are inspired by a small private island off of Palm Beach. Flavors of the liqueur include papaya, orange, grapefruit, and hibiscus. For a Mexican fusion, this cocktail includes Casamigos and Pineapple Jarritos.

• In Santiago: Taking you to Cuba, this riff on a daiquiri features Bacardi Limón. Bacardi was established in 1862 in Santiago, Cuba. In 1898, the classic daiquiri was created in Daiquiri, Cuba – 14 miles from Santiago. Our cocktail includes dragon fruit syrup made in house. Topped off with a slice of dehydrated dragon fruit.
