We cycle through all kinds of music and movement, highly sweaty, highly joyous, open to anyone who wants to move, get into their bodies, unclog creative pores, activate their energetic powers, and create community through wiggling and wobbling.
Event Details
An hour of non-stop dancing. Lovingly guided so that all experience levels can feel cozy in their skin.
Bring water, wear comfortable clothes and sneakers, bring your friends and an open heart and mind.
If you're shy, this is the space to let loose. If you're wild, come play. If you're somewhere in between, come meet your true self.
We usually close with a mini-guided meditation and a short sharing circle.
Free parking on the street.
