The Big Game goes hand and hand with big parties and to celebrate, the Hotel will host a Green Eggs & Football Party on their two acre pool terrace with food served by Pitmaster and Guest Chef, Jack Arnold.
Event Details
Jack Arnold is a BBQ Instructor and Event Host for Big Green Egg, culinary partner of Snake River Farms, and was most recently named 2020 BBQ Event Host for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts throughout the globe. Arnold, along with the Hotel’s Executive Chef, Aaron Brooks, will be grilling up delicious varieties of meat from Big Green Egg, Snake River Farms, and Lobster Anywhere showcasing traditional favorites for a luxury style barbecue with spectacular views of Brickell and Biscayne Bay. Arnold performs live demonstrations and shares delicious bites of Snake River Farms American Wagyu beef samples while igniting the crowd with energy through fire, smoke, and ambiance. The party will include food stations and an on-the-go guacamole cart with Avocados from Mexico. Beverage options will feature a Margarita Bar and Blender Bike serving Volcan Tequila, a Tiki Bar with frozen drinks and punch, a Moët mobile cart, and a Dom Pérignon VIP lounge that includes cabana packages with bottle specials. For entertainment, guests will enjoy a DJ, and sports games such as cornhole & foosball.
