The Fashion Institute of South Florida Presents:
Introduction to Pattern Making and Sewing
On Sunday November 17th, 2019 from 11 AM - 1 PM

During this 2 hours workshop, you will be introduced to all pattern-making tools and vocabulary, fashion industry terms and definitions. Pattern-making techniques, how to take body measurements & how to place the pattern on fabrics.

Our sewing instructor will then give you an introduction to the fashion construction terminology. Machines type, how to thread a sewing machine and different seams finishes.

• This is a FREE workshop but a $10.00 fee is required to RSVP (credited at the door for a $10.00 dollars towards any course or private class taken before January 12, 2020.
• You must be a least 14 years old to attend.
• Tickets are not transferible.
