2012 Fight For Air Run/Walk Fort Lauderdale
Event Details
The 2012 Fight For Air Run/Walk 5k in downtown Fort Lauderdale's Huizenga Plaza is a chance for families, individuals and teams join together in raising awareness and funds for the 35 million Americans who suffer from lung disease. The Saturday, October 6th race is a professionally timed 5k, however participants may also choose to simply walk the route and enjoy the riverfront and downtown scenery!
Join the American Lung Association for more than a morning workout; come enjoy music, food, and family friendly activities like a bounce house and face painting! All proceeds from the Fight For Air Run/Walk go to local research, education and advocacy programs that help the American Lung Association save lives by fighting lung disease and improving lung health.
