Event Details
Orno, by Chef Niven Patel, will co-host this one-of-a-kind experience with Chèvre Miami and cheesemonger Carlos Yescas. Located inside the luxurious THesis hotel, Orno is a farm-to-table restaurant concept with a focus on New American cuisine, incorporating fresh, quality ingredients sourced from Chef Niven’s farm in Homestead, Florida, known as Rancho Patel. The event will take place on Saturday, May 14 from 1 pm to 3 pm for guests to indulge in an “omaqueso” experience. For $250 a person, guests will kick start the experience with a martini paired with blue cheese-stuffed olives and tapas. In addition, guests will enjoy a four course meal with wine pairings. For the true OMAQUESO experience, each dish will uniquely incorporate a hand-selected cheese by the connoisseur himself with the help of 4x James Beard Award Nominee, Chef Niven Patel.
