Chefs and Events at the Miami's South Beach Wine and Food Festival

Emeril Lagasse and Jorge Ramos

On Thursday, February 22nd, there are three major dinner events going on at the same time, so be sure to weigh your options! The first event at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival is a clambake hosted by Emeril Lagasse and Jorge Ramos that begins at 7:00 p.m. They will be serving seemingly endless wine and cocktails before dinner for guests to relax and enjoy the luxury of the new Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach. They will be pairing the wines and spirits with popular seafood from more than a dozen of South Florida’s most popular seafood spots including Ramos’ dishes from the Conrad, where the event is being held. So say "BAM!" and bring it up a notch at this beach side Clambake with celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse!

Giada De Laurentiis

Also on the 22nd, you can make Italian Bites with America’s beloved queen of Italian cuisine Giada De Laurentiis. In the heart of Miami Beach at Lincoln Road Mall, she will serve up cocktails and bubbly alongside her famous Italian fare at 7:00 p.m. Celebrating the release of her latest cookbook, Giada’s Italy, De Laurentiis will be taking the attendees on a journey through the dishes that have inspired her family traditions, giving them an intimate look at some of her favorites that they'll only experience at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. Buon appetito!

Alex Guarnaschelli

As a third option on that Thursday, you can also join Chopped judge and Iron Chef Alex Guarnaschelli for an international-style dinner at the Ritz Carlton on Bal Harbor. Bal Harbor is the neighborhood on the northernmost point of Miami Beach, and the Ritz Carlton provides views that overlook Haulover Park + Marina, an ideal place for watching sunsets. Guarnaschelli will also be joined by Matt Jennings, a chef known for his efforts in sustainability with popular farm-to-table restaurants in Boston. See if the most critical judge from Chopped and Chopped Junior can impress you at this anticipated event at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival starting at 7:00 p.m.!

Guy Fieri and Anne Burrell

On Friday, February 23rd, enjoy the company of both Guy Fieri and Anne Burrell, two of the Food Network’s most rebellious chefs. At rockstar celebrity chef Anne Burrell’s event, you'll enjoy an evening of Polynesian fare with Hawaiian appetizers and Tiki-inspired cocktails. This event is being held at the Surfcomber Boutique Hotel and begins at 10:00 p.m. If you join Anne, you’re likely to hear her tell you that it “made her a happy girl!”

Robert Irvine

If you wake up early in the morning on Saturday, February 24th, be sure to attend Boot Camp and Bites with Robert Irvine!
