Myumi is a traditional omakase bar built out of a truck in Wynwood. Make a reservation and experience sushi the way it was meant to be in Miami, FL. With a food truck setup and more inventive fare than you would traditionally expect from a truck, we are a sushi dining experience with eight and twelve-course tasting menus. Reserve your spot at one of our seatings. There are only six seats for each time so that you are up close and personal with Chef Kazuo Yoshida's hand rolls and nigiri. Our menu rotates daily depending on what seafood is fresh and available. Expect traditional nigiri topped with amberjack, toro, and shrimp along with more unique options like fluke topped with flambeed sake and egg yolk or sea urchin and salmon roe.
