Hyde Midtown

Hyde Midtown, a sister property of the SLS Hotel in South Beach, SLS Brickell land SLS Lux , is set to begin construction in 2015. The 31 story, 372 foot tall Arquitectonica designed tower is being developed by Jorge Perez and Related Group. It will feature 457 units, 60 will be Designer Suite fully finished and furnished, with the rest of the units as condo units. Also included 21,745 SQ FT of retail space and parking garage.
