In short, the difference is in the detail. We went deep into Downtown Miami’s history, its personalities and its pioneers. We uncovered the secrets of a 100-year-old building and updated them to create a sense of relevance for the physical space. We then infused the project with the influence and inspiration of world-class design to create a modern and dynamic setting that can serve as a landmark for our community and those who visit it.
