After 4 years Juan Jose Alvarado was the kitchen "Chef" , begin to work in Sergio' s as head chef where later had the opportunity to be the administrator assistance and in the year 2005 opened its own business with the name of "Caribe Cafe Restaurant", that was founded in 1978.
