South Beach

South Beach is one of the most notorious of the beaches in Miami. If you’re on vacation, it should be one of the first places you visit. The beach is usually crowded with tourists and people swimming in its crystal-clear water. There are also many exciting commercial businesses on Ocean Drive, right next to the beach.

South Pointe Park

Found at the southernmost tip of South Beach this beach separates South Pointe from the rest of South Beach and is further away from the clubs and restaurants, featuring a family park.  It is less crowded and has become a haven for surfers when the conditions are right.

Bal Harbour

Home to some of Miami’s best resorts, Bal Harbour Village is located in the northern part of Miami Beach. Choose this beach in Miami when you’re planning on dining in fancy restaurants, doing some shopping, and wish to stay in a beautiful oceanfront hotel. While it is a bustling area, Bal Harbour still features sandy beaches with incredible turquoise blue water even if you are visiting just for the day.

Surfside Beach

If you’re looking to escape the chaos, then Surfside is the place to go. This beach in Miami's main attraction is its natural beauty and the fact that it doesn’t feature any commercial business interference. It’s an ideal paradise for a leisurley stroll on the beach. Find it between Miami Beach and Bal Harbour.

Haulover Beach Park

Enjoy the blue waters and white-sand beaches of Haulover Beach Park,  a clothing-optional beach, it is located just north of Bal Harbour. Haulover is also an excellent place for a beach picnic, and if you forgot your bathing suit, don’t worry!  

Sunny Isles

Next on the list is the infamous Sunny Isles Beach next to Aventura. With beautiful resorts and friendly locals, it’s a place you don’t want to miss. Interested in fishing? Then head over the Newport Fishing Pier! Newport provides spectacular views so be sure to bring your camera!

Virginia Key Beach Park

Crandon Park

Right between Virginia Key and Key Biscayne, Crandon Park is a jewel drawing in visitors daily thanks to its incredible beach. The park has a laid-back feeling that makes it the perfect place for a family picnic. It also contains distinct ecosystems from mangroves and dunes; and is the home to The Crandon Park Nature Center.

Key Biscayne

Another charming place to visit is Key Biscayne, located just south of Crandon Park. It’s no wonder the locals love this place. Key Biscayne is a relaxing spot isolated from the rest of the world.
