WindRacer is a world-class Russian River Valley Pinot Noir that we will begin featuring on our menu for around $75 per bottle but throughout the summer season, we’re making this amazing wine available to our Guests at an incredible value of $10 per glass.

Since the 1980s, the Russian River Valley has been recognized as the source for California's most opulent and exotic Pinot Noirs.
The region boasts a cool, maritime climate and small, hand-tended vineyards tucked away in the countryside and ridgelines – all of this is key to producing premium Pinot Noir.
This wine features aromas of dark cherry and mocha, with flavors of rich black plums and dark chocolate.
The wine is perfectly balanced, full-bodied and displays great concentration and exquisitely pairs with our seasonal Copper River Salmon.
