Espanola Way

Take a trip to Espanola Way this Cinco de Mayo and prepare for a culinary adventure as you stroll down historic South Beach with lots of restaurants and sidewalk cafes. One such restaurant, OH Mexico, will be having Cinco de Mayo food and drink specials as well as their Happy Hour from 4-7 p.m.

The Commodore


For a classier Cinco de Mayo, check out the Commodore located inside the The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove in Miami. You'll instantly feel transported to another world with live music and the aroma of fresh muddled mint in the air.

The Commodore will be hosting their Cinco de Mayo party starting at 5 p.m. In addition, you'll also be able to get a trio of tacos paired with a specialty pineapple margarita containing Avión Reposado, pineapple purée, lime juice, and chile de árbol syrup and garnished with a spicy rim all for $16! Not to mention, they'll also have their daily happy hour specials on cocktails and snacks from 5-7 p.m.

Casa Tua Cucina

The quintisential Cinco de Mayo cocktail does in fact exist! Casa Tua Cucina serves up the Spicy Cilantro Mezcal which embodies the classic sacrvm mezcal while infusing fresh oranges, apples, cilantro, cucumber, rosemary oil, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup. The cocktail is topped with three red baby jalapeños for a fiery feel. The food at Casa Tua Cucina also perfectly pairs with this cocktail and many of their other drinks.

Coyo Taco

Coyo Taco will be serving up $5 tacos and margaritas on Cinco de Mayo this year for their third annual block party! To get the fiesta started, there will also be special guest DJs in addition to Blue Demon Jr. and mariachi bands from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Tickets to the event will be $15 at the door, so be sure to get your pre-sale tickets online for only $10! If you're looking for an even later night, the party will continue in the lounge area until 3 a.m.

Chevy's Miami Restaurant

One of the best Cinco de Mayo parties in town can be found at Chevy's Miami Restaurant. There will be live bands, mariachi bands and face painting as well as $105 in cash-prizes and giveaways!

Even better, there will be no cover charge, and the parking is free! Chevy's Cinco de Mayo party will be held from 5 p.m. to midnight. This is also one of the biggest block parties in Miami, so you won't want to miss out on the fun!

There's plenty of fun to be had on Cinco de Mayo weekend in Miami! Be sure to plan accordingly how you'll get home because most taxi companies will be having surge charges all weekend long.
