When Craft Café closes, A Fish Called Avalon opens its doors shortly after and welcomes South Beachgoers into their doors. Open daily at 6 p.m., A Fish Called Avalon picks up right where Craft left off with excellent cuisine an upscale yet cozy atmosphere. It's the brainchild concept of Pascal Pinault, director of food and beverage for the South Seas Hotel chain. Pinault says "Instead of thinking outside of the box, I threw out the box altogether."
