DJ Khaled isn't the only Miami native-turned-international-superstar with his own restaurant. Hip-hop/pop sensation Pitbull will soon be opening iLov305, which is a perfect name for his restaurant if you ask us considering he also goes by Mr. 305.

The Miami mogul's posh, new restaurant will be at the Bon Air Hotel's former location Ocean Drive, and, just like with South Beach and Pitbull, you can expect lavish style and excess from iLov305.

Aiming to open in summer 2018, iLov305 was conceived by a partnership between Pitbull and the brains behind the ultra-hip Sugar Factory restaurants. With Pitbull as a self-appointed representative of Miami, his new restaurant will definitely embody the city by fusing Latin culture with American sensibilities. As far as the vibe goes, it will have class that borders on pretension, but not to the point where you can't toss your coat off and have a good time in true Miami style.

iLov305 Miami plans to be a 9,000 square-foot haven adorned with tropical decor, vintage Spanish tiling, and glitzy chandeliers. Naturally, the first floor of the restaurant will be peppered with Latin-North American delicacies like pork belly sliders, yellowfish tuna, Cuban sandwiches, and more. To top it all off, there will also be a retail space offering cigar rollers as well as a daiquiri bar.

While the downstairs area promises an upscale atmosphere, all indications point to a party on the second floor with early plans including three VIP rooms, a DJ booth, and a stage for Mr. 305 himself to perform occasionally. The bar upstairs will also offer up to 50 mojitos, so you may want to take an Uber or Lyft over to iLov305.

iLov305's motto is "Where What Happens, Never Happened," which leads us to believe that this new restaurant will become an epic place to party in Miami's night life scene. As Pitbull would say, "Dale!
