Established in 2009, The Webster has quickly evolved through Laure's vision and direction, who is not only responsible for editing The Webster's exquisite selection as well as the development of exclusive worldwide brand partnerships with major retailers such as Le Bon Marche, Target, and most recently the Ritz Paris, along with one of a kind global product collaborations, including Eres, in which she was named the first ambassador of the brand, in addition to creating a capsule collection.
Laure acquired extensive fashion experience while working with some of the world's most notable designers, first as part of Nicolas Ghesquiere's merchandising team at Balenciaga, then as top merchandiser for Yves Saint Laurent Women's RTW division in Paris. As a revered member of the fashion industry, Laure has participated in the prestigious WWD's annual CEO Summit, currently serves on the expert committee of LVMH's annual fashion prize which fosters young talent and recognized by Business of Fashion, for the past 2 consecutive years, among their top BoF 500: The People Shaping The Global Fashion Industry.
In 2015, Laure became an ambassador of mothers 2 mothers, a global not-for- profit organization leading global efforts in Sub Saharan Africa
