The Ritz-Carlton South Beach invites you to wake your body and mind with yoga postures, breath, and meditation. This 60- minute class is designed for the sole purpose of eliminating stress and worries while creating a calm and clear mind. Complimentary bliss yoga sessions will be offered from 4:30 to 5:30pm every Thursday throughout the month of October.
