Join Cilantro27 at the SOBEWFF® Artisan Food Market on Lincoln Road. The Lincoln Eatery, Miami Beach’s first food hall, is home to Cilantro 27 Ceviche Bar and now patrons can stop by the food market from 11AM to 2PM to experience the flavorful bites Cilantro27 has to offer. Bringing sustainable Peruvian fare to Miami, Cilantro 27 combines traditional flavors with modern techniques. The stall is helmed by Chef Nilton Castillo, a native of Lima, Peru who worked under some of the world’s most acclaimed chefs, including Daniel Boulud and Jose Andres. Boulud insists, “Castillo makes the best ceviche in the world.”

Menu highlights include the famous Tiger’s Milk Glass ($8-$10), served with peruvian corns and plaintaint chips, and the refreshing Lujoso Ceviche ($15), served with Key West shrimp, grapefruit, avocado, cucumber and leche de tigre.
