Kino is back again for her monthly classes at MLC! This time she’ll be giving a special 30 minute Dharma Talk before getting into the class. Kino’s impact on the world of yoga is invaluable. She continuously gives us the inspiration and energy necessary for working towards a more peaceful and loving experience. Class will be suitable for all levels.
