Enjoy 4th of July Fireworks on an amazing view while Paddleboarding and Kayaking here @ Virginia Key Outdoor Center.
Event Details
We have the best view of multiple fireworks shows in all of Miami! Join us as we paddle around the Virginia Key Cove and watch Fireworks from South Beach and Bayfront Park from the comfort of our flotilla; we will be just a few hundred yards from the BIG SHOW -- Fisher Island.

COVID19 Restrictions
This event is 100% outdoors, masks are not required to attend. If you'd like to wear your mask outdoors, please do so. We ask everyone to be respectful of others.
Coordinated Launch times will occur in order to encourage social distancing at the ramp upon departure.
DINNER
Local Food Vendors will be onsite with tasty treats. If you prefer to bring a picnic basket, please do. Seating will be available. Please continue to observe social distancing or bring a blanket and enjoy the newly updated park field across the street from the outdoor center.
How to Book
Select your preferred equipment (paddle board, kayak)
Pre-Registration is REQUIRED.
It is July 4th so expect some delays getting into the park.
Lights are required for all night paddles un US Coast Guard regulations. All rental crafts will be provided with a light and audible signal device. Let’s make some noise this year!

SCHEDULE
4:00PM – Check-In & Live Music Begins, Food Available for Purchase
7:00PM - Pre-Paddle Meeting: Safety and Route Discussed, Life Jackets and Paddles will be given.
7:30PM - Launch Time for Kayak/SUPs/Canoe
7:30 - 9:30PM - Sunset & Fireworks :)
10:00PM – Dessert & Coffee (included)
11:00PM - It's closing time! Drive safely.
What you can expect to see:
From the water: Fireworks from South Beach and Bayfront Park shows from the comfort of our flotilla; Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, and the BIG SHOW -- Fisher Island right in front and almost on top of us.
The route is sheltered and away from direct boat channel traffic. We'll skirt the coast to avoid the other crazies.
From Land: Fireworks from Fisher Island, South Beach, and Bayfront Park
Wear your patriotic best!
WHAT TO WEAR
If you're paddling come ready to get wet. Quickdry workout clothes or beachwear are recommended. Flips flops tend to vanish so try water-shoes or other closed toe shoes. Bring a towel, change of clothes, any comfort items you may like. Cameras are strongly recommended.
RULES
Alcohol is not permitted on the water. Intoxicated participants are also not permitted. This is a fun event. Let’s keep it that way.
We leave as a group and return as a group. No overnight stays are permitted. The park is closed. Anyone outside the group is trespassing. It is important that all guest leave the park by 11pm.
Please note, this event is non-refundable after June 20th. No shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.
