Explore Latin fusion flavors in an interactive and hands-on cooking class with Chef Patty from The Mad Table. In this class you will learn how to make homemade empanada dough, fresh Peruvian ceviche made with fresh raw fish marinated in citrus, and spiced with ají chili peppers and last but not least, baked sweet plantains stuffed with goat cheese and a honey rum sauce that will that will be hard to resist!

Groups may sit together at a table with a glass of wine to enjoy their creation!

You will receive a complimentary glass of wine. You must be 21 years of age or older to drink alcoholic beverages.
