Who: Chef Patty Morrell-Ruiz

Join us for an interactive and hands-on cooking class with Chef Patty from The Mad Table. She will walk you through a flavorful healthy Italian menu. You will learn how to make a fresh salmon crudo, a tasty white fish with cannellini beans and a parsley lime sauce to go over your fish! You will learn the basic ingredients to make a vinaigrette from scratch and finally for dessert, you will be poaching pears in an amaretto sauce.

Groups may sit together at a table with a glass of wine to enjoy their creation!

You will receive a complimentary glass of wine. You must be 21 years of age or older to drink alcoholic beverages.

This class is open to adults 18 years of age and older only. No children allowed unless otherwise specified.
