For expedited entry night of, we urge you to pick-up your tickets at “Will Call” prior to the New Year’s Eve event. Tickets can be picked up in advance beginning Wednesday, Dec. 26th through Monday, Dec. 31st between the hours of Noon and 8pm. Will Call will be located at the entrance of E11EVEN MIAMI at 29 NE 11th Street in Downtown Miami.
Tickets must be picked up by the ticket purchaser, who must present valid photo ID and the matching credit card used to purchase the tickets.
If the ticket purchaser needs a different person to pick-up tickets, then the original purchaser must email TIXR at support@tixr.com to have the name changed. Please note that valid identification must be presented at Will Call by the purchaser AND for entry into the event by each individual ticket holder. All guests must be at least 21 years of age.
