ELIGIBILITY
This exhibition is a celebration of some of the finest creativity in Miami, Florida
The exhibition is open to all artists 18 years and older. Painting, Mixed Media, Photography, Drawing and Collage, Artwork must be original in concept and not copied from another artist’s work. Eligibility for entry is open to Fine Art artists in 2D (Painting, Drawing, Collage and Photography)
No installations or artwork that requires special technical installation or assembly will be accepted. Entries must be received by midnight Eastern Time October 25, 2019.
Only entries submitted online through email (hernangamboagallery@gmail.com) will be considered. Entries are limited to a maximum of two artworks executed in the last three years. A maximum of one piece of artwork per artist can be juried into the exhibit. Accepted work will be exhibited at Hernán Gamboa Gallery 4000 W Flagler St, Coral Gables, FL 33134 from November 22, 2019 – January 10, 2020.

FEES
One entry fee $35 for 1 image / $55 for two entries. All fees are non-refundable and payable Rafa Montilla Art. Entry fees may be paid by credit card or Check only.
JUDGING
Judging occurs in two phases. The initial judging will take place from October 26 – 30, 2019. During this time, the juror will select the artwork to be accepted into the exhibit. After all accepted artwork has arrived, the juror will view the exhibit in person to select the award-winning artwork. Winners will be announced at the opening reception, November 22, 2019.
NOTIFICATION
Results of the first phase of judging will be emailed by November, 05 2019. All notifications will be sent by email through hernangamboagallery@gmail.com. These emails occasionally end up in one’s spam/junk box. Please add the hernangamboagallery@gmail.com
