This gentle morning vinyasa class with Sam Reynolds combines movement, relaxation, and meditation. Practice in one of Miami's hidden gems. Leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Explore the Kampong gardens after or just relax on the lawn and connect with the community. All levels welcome.
COFFEE & COMMUNITY
Come early and enjoy complimentary coffee and tea from XOL Coffee and Tea Company. Coffee and lite bites will be available before and after class.
ABOUT THE KAMPONG
Named for the Malay or Javanese word for a village or cluster of houses, The Kampong is the former estate of Dr. David Fairchild, the famed botanical explorer who traveled throughout Southeast Asia and other tropical regions. It is located on Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove.
YOGA FOR A CAUSE
A portion of ticket sales directly benefit the National Tropical Botanical Garden (NTBG), a not-for-profit dedicated to conservation.
PRICE
$25/$15 for Kampong Members*. Pay by credit card in advance or cash on arrival. RSVP required if paying by cash. Send email to sam@journeysforthesoul.com.

Please bring a mat and water. You're welcome to bring food and or a blanket to relax in the gardens after class.
WHERE TO MEET
Please meet in the courtyard at the main house ten minutes before class.
PARKING
Free parking is adjacent to the main entrance. Signs will be displayed off Douglas Road.
RAIN POLICY
Event will happen rain or shine. The Kampong has a covered space that the yoga class is held under.
