Come and join us Saturday Mornings starting January 19th for Free Kids Yoga! Kids Yoga Classes will be offered as a Children's Activity at The Coral Gables Spring Farmer's Market from January 19th to March 30th.
*THERE WILL BE NO CLASS SATURDAY FEBRUARY 9TH*
Class is open to children ages 2 and up. Children under 2 must be accompanied by a parent.
Class is 20-30 minutes in duration and starts at 11:15am.
Should inclement weather occur class will not take place.
Class is taught by a Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT200) / Certified Child Life Specialist and involves storytelling, fun and simple yoga poses, and mindfulness exercises. Parents are welcome to join as well!
Space is limited. Class is in a group format and is interactive. Child should dress in comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.
