Located in the SLS Brickell Hotel, in the heart of Brickell on South Miami Avenue, Sushi By Bou showcases the finest imported Japanese fish with two Omakase options: a 12 course, $60 experience, and a premium offering of 17 courses for $100. Allow our chefs to guide you through our intimate tasting menu while you soak in the luxurious surroundings of our art house inspired decor and design, featuring rich black and gold design elements, ingrained into the elegance of the surrounding SLS Hotel property. Sushi By Bou also offers a selection of craft cocktails, imported sake and fine Japanese spirits. Join us before or after your reservation for drinks and good times in our well-appointed lounge area.
