Get ready for a magical night of Harry Potter themed Trivia & Bar Crawl!
Enjoy a themed check-in venue and join thousands of Crawlers for 5 FREE drinks (1 at each participating venue) and tons of drink specials! Participating venues will be running specials on Harry Potter themed cocktails.
*Although not mandatory, we encourage all Crawlers to dress up in costume!
We will be selling THREE types of tickets to this event: TRIVIA + BAR CRAWL, BAR CRAWL ONLY, BAR CRAWL ONLY GROUP TICKETS. Below you will find a description of each ticket.
Trivia + Bar Crawl Ticket ($25 per person) - Minimum 6 members in a team. 8 maximum. Includes 1 round of trivia, typically 30 minutes in length. Bar Crawl also included. 5 participating venues. 1 free drink at each bar (5 drinks total) + drink specials.
Bar Crawl ONLY ($20) - Includes Bar Crawl ONLY (NO TRIVIA). 5 participating venues. 1 free drink at each bar (5 drinks total) + drink specials.
Bar Crawl ONLY (Group Tickets) ($15) - Includes Bar Crawl ONLY (NO TRIVIA). Special discounted rate for groups of 4 or more. 5 participating venues. 1 free drink at each bar (5 drinks total) + drink specials.
For attendees who register for Trivia + Bar Crawl: Trivia will take place at Blackbird Ordinary from 7PM to 9PM. Each team will get to play 1 round of trivia (30 minutes in length). After trivia, you're free to bar hop and enjoy your free drinks + drink specials at participating bars. Trivia will be played with mini-dry erase boards giving all teams a fair chance to answer questions! Trivia participants must arrive at 6PM for registration!
For those who register for the Bar Crawl only: The Bar Crawl begins as soon as you arrive. Registration is from 6PM to 9PM at Blackbird Ordinary and you must pick up your drink tickets and wristbands between that time! After that, you're free to crawl from bar to bar at your own pace. BAR CRAWL ONLY attendees can arrive anytime between 6PM and 9PM for registration.
Grand Prize: $100 CASH + Potter Trivia & Bar Crawl Magical Medals! (There will be 4 rounds of trivia which means there will be 4 grand prize winners!)
