Celebrators of Miami Beach Pride are officially invited to The Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) for Verde’s Dinner and Drag on Thursday, September 16th from 6:00pm to 8:30pm.

Dine and be dazzled by the performances by Tiffany Fantasia, Noel Leon, Juicy Love, and Kat Wilderness as they put on a night of singing, dancing, comedy and revelry over Verde’s breathtaking views of the Biscayne Bay. Verde is the Pérez Art Museum Miami’s modern, innovative eatery offering specialty menu items in a laid-back atmosphere.
The gourmet prix fixe menu below has been hand-selected and specially created by the Constellation Culinary Group’s team of professional chefs, and is available for $55 per person. Reservations are required and space is limited, so those interested should make a reservation at the link provided.
Guests will kick off a festive, fabulous evening with a refreshing Absolut Cocktail to pair perfectly with the Mediterranean Sampler, filled with fresh house-made hummus, eggplant, tzatziki, tomato-mint salad, pomegranate, pistachios, pickled onions, tahini vinaigrette, and pita bread.
The culinary experience continues with the choice of a warm, comforting Tomato Soup and house made focaccia bread, or the nourishing Perez Chopped Salad, including cucumbers, chickpeas, avocado, radish, roasted sweet potatoes, crumble feta, olives, farro, pickled onions, heirloom tomatoes, and parmesan topped with a preserved lemon vinaigrette.
Finally, add a little extra spice to the night with a satisfying plate of Chicken Under a Brick, a crispy boneless ½ chicken, served with herbs smashed potatoes, baby kale and chimichurri, or the Pan-Seared Snapper on a bed of coconut rice with a kumquat sambal, fresno chilis, and lemon oil.
Those attending can enjoy drinks on the terrace, take a guided tour of exhibitions featuring LGBTQIA+ identifying artists, and follow up their dinner with a movie screening of “The Birdcage”, featuring live commentary by performer Tiffany Fantasia.
