Mama Jennie's (The Winner of Channel 10 Best of Johnson&Wales Pizza Wars has been in business in South Florida for over 40 years) has become one of the most recognized homemade pizzerias in all of South Florida due to their dedication to quality ingredients, comfortable atmosphere and delicious food.





Now they are using this attention to detail to host a brand new monthly comedy show which will have as high of a quality as the ingredients in their food. It features professional local comedians, local talent and special guest appearances of acts who are in town.





Comedy night at Mama Jennie's is produced by the award-winning comedian, Fasil Malik. Who also produces the Spill The Beans Comedy Show (Which consistently sells out) and I-Rish You Were Comedy Show at Kelly Brothers (Which is consistently packed) Fasil is known for his one-liners and deadpan delivery. He is a two-time Ultimate Miami Comedian finalist, a Florida’s Funniest Comedian semifinalist, and the winner of the Coconut Grove Comedy Festival and Coral Gables Comedy Festival. He’s funny, he’s quick, and he’s a huge fan of people who don’t heckle comedians.







This month's show has Nationally touring headlining comedian Kyle Grooms headlining. Kyle was the 2017 New Times Comedian of the Year, was on Last Comic Standing, Comedy Central and on Chapelle's Show. Kyle’s proven to be one of the industry’s must-see comics on the scene. He has a uniqueness all of his own. Grooms delivers an honest and intelligent view of the world, while giving an intimate look into his life experiences growing up in the American melting pot.

Mama Jennie's has a full-liquor bar, a full food menu and it is strongly recommended to RSVP to get prime seating for this event by calling them at (305) 757-3627 and there is also a 2 item minimum. Doors open at 8 (Ideal time to order dinner) and show starts at 8:30; seating is given on a first come first served basis. This is a must attend show to start your weekend!
