Make way for maki this Monday, July 15 with an exciting and interactive meal and maki making class at the chic Uchi Miami in Wynwood.
Event Details
Come with a partner for a three hour dinner and sushi experience in which Uchi’s skilled chefs teach participants how to roll the perfect maki (yes, you get to eat it at the end!). Afterward, you'll indulge in a 10-course dinner featuring fan favorites and seasonal specialties, such as:
natto hotate seared scallop, miso-macadamia creme, spring allium
masu crudo ocean trout, peach zu, fried wonton strips
wagyu & eggs jidori egg w/ togarashi, shiso verde sauce, pickled mustard seeds
foster's okashi japanese cheesecake, tamarind caramel, spiced rum ice creamand more!
Tickets are $150 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
