Since 1984, Voices For Children Foundation has been the safety net for children in foster care. We strive to ensure that every child has a voice in court by providing critical funds for advocacy (through the Miami-Dade Guardian ad Litem Program), basic needs, dignity items, and experiences. To many kids, the holiday season means presents, parties, and fun with family and friends. However, the reality is that there are many kids that won’t have a holiday this year. There are approximately 1,500 children in foster care in Miami-Dade County who continue to go without the simple joys of childhood as their peers. Voices For Children’s Holiday Toy Drive is an easy way to bring smiles to the faces of many underprivileged children this holiday season.
