Event Details
Come in your Howloween finery and join us on at the Barkyard Theatre at The Barnacle series Friday, October 22 at 6:30 PM with your well-behaved pups to watch a Halloween favorite- The Nightmare Before Christmas!
This is a safe and family-friendly event presented by The Barnacle Society and Equipaws Pet Services. All proceeds will go to rebuilding the coral rock wall that was damaged by Hurricane Irma.
Price of admission is $20 per adult. Kids 10 and under are $10. Each person may bring a maximum of two dogs with them. Dogs must have current rabies vaccination and license (tag on collar), and be well-behaved, ex. no excessive barking or aggressive behavior. Aggressive dogs may be asked to leave. Gates open at 6:30 PM.
Due to the rise of the Delta variant, moviegoers must socially distance themselves six-feet apart on the lawn. You are welcome to bring blankets and lawn chairs. A limited amount of chairs are also available on a first come, first served basis.
Concessions are available for purchase, including delicious charcuterie from Formaggi e Vino, soft drinks, prosecco, candy, and popcorn for the humans, and doggie treats by Bullie Bites.
There is a 75 person limit for this event. Two dogs maximum per person. Make sure to purchase your tickets quickly as they will sell out!
The Barnacle Historic State Park is administered by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and events are sponsored by The Barnacle Society, Inc., a non-profit organization created for the preservation and financial support of this historic site.
