The Deck at Island Gardens presents “Champagne Madame 2021” New Year’s Eve Dinne

The Deck at Island Gardens is ringing in the new year with a special “Champagne Madame” celebration by Executive Chef Joseph Bonavita. Starting at $350+ per person, the family style menu features five courses:

First Course: charcuterie & cheese platter with house pickles and grilled sourdough
Second Course: seafood platter with Kusshi Oysters dressed in vodka mignonette, ceviche selections and caviar service.
Third Course: signature arugula & endive salad (heirloom tomatoes, black olives, dried figs, tossed in a Parmigiano Reggiano wheel)
Fourth Course: roasted châteaubriand au poivre or olive oil poached ora king salmon served with roasted heirloom carrots and butter whipped potatoes
Fifth Course: dessert platter of best sellers like ‘Chocolate Nemesis’ cake, house tiramisu, and basque cheesecake with fruit, meringue and gelato selections.

For those who want to celebrate extravagantly — and safely — with a small group, parties can reserve:
waterfront table ($5,000) for 10 guests; includes two bottles of Dom Perignon, two bottles of Grey Goose and one bottle of Don Julio Silver, five-course NYE menu, plus a seafood and caviar platter
DJ front table ($10,000) for 10 guests; includes three bottles of Dom Perignon, two bottles of Grey Goose and two bottles of Don Julio Anejo, and five-course NYE menu
