If you are unable to attend and need to cancel, the following refund rules apply:
-No transfer fee for substituting registration with someone else from the same company/organization.
-Registrations cancelled on or before 02/08/2020 will receive a full refund.
-After 02/09/2020 all sales are final, with no refunds.
