Organized in the amazing setting of the Port of Miami – Cruise Terminal D, the event will consist in the participation of 40 Italian Restaurants and gourmet food and wine Importers that will showcase their products and their chefs' skills with great exhibitions and tastings throughout the night. Each chef will be preparing their signature small dishes, following authentic Italian regional recipes and peculiarities.
Authentic Italian Table – Food & Wine Festival will gather most of the South Florida restaurants honored with the Italian Quality Seal - Marchio Ospitalita' Italiana.
It will be an high-end Italian food & wine festival for 1,000+ food lovers, industry leaders, journalists, influencers .
Guests will enjoy music , wine and complementary bites of the best selection of genuine Italian pasta, cheese, cold cuts, pizza and gelato.
The event is organized within the frame of "The Extraordinary Italian Taste", a campaign promoted by the Italian Ministry of Productive Activities and Assocamerestero with an aim to raise awareness on authentic Italian products among American consumers. It will take place in a synergy with the "Week of Italian Cuisine in World", presented in Miami by the Consulate of Italy.
