Dadeland Mall kicks off the holiday season with the 1st Annual Tree Lighting Celebration, 1st snowfall of the season and The Salvation Army of Miami-Dade Red Kettle Kick-Off!
Event Details
Dadeland Mall’s 1st annual Holiday Tree Lighting celebration will take place on Wednesday, November 13 from 6PM-8PM in the Fashion Wing near Tesla. The first annual event will include an array of family-friendly entertainment, including face-painting, letters to Santa, arts & crafts, refreshments, cookies, characters, The Salvation Army brass band festive performance & Red Kettle Kickoff PLUS magical snowfall will change the sights and sounds of Dadeland Mall and spread holiday cheer!
Santa will flip the switch to light the new holiday tree and 1st snow show of the season! The day's events will also include a festive show by The Salvation Army brass band as they perform popular holiday carols. The first 200 revelers in line to make the nice list at the tree lighting will receive Dadeland Mall goodie bags filled with retailer surprises.
Along with Dadeland Mall’s new holiday tree, attendees will also witness the 1st snowfall of the season as well as the transformation of the mall into a Winter Wonderland with new holiday decor and photo opps throughout.
Nightly snow shows will take place at the holiday tree every evening throughout the holiday season in the Fashion Wing at 6PM and 8PM.

After we light the tree, Santa will lead a parade to the NEW Santa set in C
