ClubVMSA's MSP Supplier Summit is a One-Day Intensive for Staffing Suppliers and their MSP Partners who are ready to "scale their businesses and contingent labor programs" within a high-volume contingent workforce model.
Event Details
Collaborate with your MSP Guides as they prepare you to support the largest contingent workforce programs in the US Domestic Market.
Who should attend: MSP Supply Base and Program Managers on the operations side AND Staffing Executives and Owners.
Full Day Program will consist of panels, roundtables, one-on-one Meetings between Suppliers and MSPs and exclusive dialogues.
Exclusive Dialogues:
MSPs will have their own time to collaborate on a deliverable / white paper describing best practices including solutions to improve pricing and communication models to present to their clients.
Suppliers will have their own time to be trained on Mastering the Art of Production in the high volume staffing model of MSP/VMS delivery and share best practices on how to deliver profitably in this model.
One-on-One Meetings:
Each staffing attendee will receive four (4) 10-minute one-on-one meetings with MSPs.
Each MSP attendee will conduct twelve (12) 10-minute one-on-one meetings with Staffing attendees.
