ART BASEL WKND: NOW OR NEVERLAND: ODE TO HIP HOP by Miami Urban Contemporary Experience (MUCE)
Event Details
From the Brooklyn basements to the world stage, Hip Hop has defied all odds since its inception in 1960’s New York. Using the 5 elements of Hip Hop which include Graffiti, MC,DJ, Bboy/Bgirl, and knowledge, the exhibit pays homage to a genre with more than 40 years of global influence in music, art, literature and politics. The 4 day art fair will feature interactive art experiences, comedic entertainment and local film screenings.
