Established more than 60 years ago as a small fishing camp, today Ocean Reef Club is a beautiful private club community located on 2,000 lush tropical acres at the tip of Key Largo, with a variety of lodging, two championship golf courses, a 175-slip marina, and more than a dozen restaurants and lounges.
Ocean Reef Club has grown to be one of the largest employers in Monroe County, with a year-round staff of 600 Associates and hundreds of additional Associates during the winter season.
