Description
The 482d Force Support Squadron will host its 8th Annual 4th of July Independence Day celebration on Tuesday, July 4th, 2017 between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Event Details
Open to all Active, Reserve, and Retired Military, Department of Defense (DoD) Employees, Contractors and their families.
Guests can expect amusement rides and bounce houses, food trucks, roaming costume characters, DJ, and a Fireworks Display by Firepower Displays. Come celebrate Independence Day in the grassy area behind the Fitness Center tennis courts, our new location this year. Guests are highly encouraged to bring lawn chairs and seating blankets and don't forget your mosquito repellant. Food trucks will be onsite with a variety of foods to satisfy your cravings. Amusement rides will begin promptly at 6:00 pm and close down at 8:30 to prepare for the fireworks show which will be presented between 8:30pm-9:00pm. Our food trucks will also close at shows end, 9:00 PM.
Sparklers and explosives are prohibited and all bags will be subject to search by Security Forces. Please pass on to your friends and help make this a fantastic event!
