The Town of Miami Lakes and its Cultural Affairs Committee host the annual Fourth of July Concert & Fireworks Show. The event welcomes both residents of Miami Lakes and surrounding areas to join us as we celebrate our Nation’s Independence.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: Friday, June 21st
INTERESTED VENDORS WHO WISH TO PARTICIPATE MUST SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING IN ADVANCE at http://bit.ly/July4th2019VendorDocs:
-Provide Certificate of Liability Insurance ($1,000,000) naming the Town of Miami Lakes (6601 Main Street, Miami Lakes, FL 33014) as the Certificate Holder and naming the Town of Miami Lakes as an additional insured
-Send copy of applicable licenses: i.e. Business Tax Receipts, Health Department Permits
SELECTION PROCESS:-Vendors will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ space at the event (tents, tables, and chairs WILL NOT be provided)
-The Town of Miami Lakes will select vendors on a first come, first serve basis for all organizations
-All decisions are final and cannot be appealed. All vendor will be notified by email or phone within 1 week of receiving vendor application and fees
-Only items which have been approved by the Town of Miami Lakes are allowed at the event. Any items not selected or approved are subject to removal at any time during the event
-The Town of Miami Lakes designates all spaces
-All setup and equipment is the responsibility of each vendor
