Welcome the new year with a special FREE workout by one of the nation's most innovative studios, OrangeTheory Fitness with their One-Of-A-Kind group personal traning workout: a high intensity interval training that blends cardiovascular and strength training, that will leave you burning calories for up to 36 hours.
All level of experience are welcomed. Must be 14+ to workout.
