The Biltmore Hotel is proud to present a one-night-only special dining event featuring a unique collaboration with Charlie Nelson of Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery and its very own chef de cuisine Vladimir Blanes.
Chef Vladimir has thoughtfully curated his menu to pair with a selection of bourbon hand-picked by Charlie Nelson, himself. Courses range from lobster to ham to smoked short ribs and of course a decadent dessert. Each course is designed to bring out, complement and enhance the flavors and aromas of each libation.
Founded in the late 1800s, Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery is home of Nelson Brothers Whiskey and Nelson’s Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey. Charlie Nelson will be on hand to serve and tell stories handed down from the original founder, his great-great-great grandfather, Charles Nelson.
Tickets are selling fast and may be purchased online. Prices are $158.75 per person
Tickets must be purchased in advance. No tickets will be sold at the door. Guests must be at least 21 years of age. Written cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to the event in order to receive a full refund.
