What a delicious way to conclude our Mango Days of Summer: an exquisite dinner from our favorite Mango Gang Chef, the esteemed Cindy Hutson and our exclusive partner, Cerveceria La Tropical in Wynwood.
Event Details
For more than 25 years, Fairchild has been celebrating mango season in South Florida. This year, we're adding a tropical twist to our traditional mango festivities by offering four weekends of mango-inspired fun alongside our extensive schedule of Summer Fun activities.
Chef Hutson will curate a Cuban-inspired menu infused with mangos in honor of the brewery's Caribbean island namesake. La Tropical will also be hosting a beer and organic wine pairing with this multi-course meal.
Before dinner, enjoy cocktails and live music in the courtyard.
Dinner tickets include: exclusive four course meal curated by Chef Cindy Hutson, one of a kind beer and wine tasting with La Tropical, live music and curated cocktails.
Please note that the dinner will be indoors. Tables will seat up to eight guests each. Guests may be sat with other guests.
