Oleta River State Park

Florida's largest urban park is an ideal place to get back on the path to fitness. Particularly since this 1,043-acre park has plenty of jogging, hiking, and bike paths perfect for weekend warriors and daily adventurers, but that's not all. If you're into being active without feeling like you're actually working out, Oleta River State Park also offers kayaking, swimming, surfing, scuba diving, and roller blading.

Equinox Aventura

The trendiest cities require the trendiest gyms, and Equinox definitely fills that requirement for one of Miami's wealthiest suburbs. Located within Aventura Mall, arguably South Florida's premier mall, Equinox welcomes guests of all shapes and sizes through its doors. But if you're ever in need of motivation, there's plenty of it here. Equinox's base clientele often looks like they stepped off the runway and onto the treadmill. Luckily, their amenities are comprehensive enough that, with some work, you'll be looking picture-perfect yourself.

Glow Hot Yoga

Yoga has exploded in recent years as a favored form of exercise to improve strength, flexibility, and overall health, and hot yoga may be, well, the hottest form right now. Like you would expect, hot yoga involves performing yoga under warmer conditions than usual. These warmer conditions cause you to sweat more and burn more calories. But when you aren't breaking a sweat in your latest sessions, Glow also boasts comfortable facilities that certainly add to the experience.

Jar + Fork

Who says fast food has to be unhealthy? Located in Downtown Miami, Jar + Fork caters to busy, buzzing working professionals who may not necessarily have time for a sit-down lunch. Jar + Fork's menu is fully organic, and their efforts to provide fresh food lead them to seeking local sources. Jar + Fork buys its bread from Zak The Baker and purchases its produce from Verde Farms. With everything from rice bowls to Paleo-inspired dishes, there's something for every health-conscious diner.

Poke 305

American Social Brickell may be one of the hottest bars in in Miami, but if you're looking for a healthy, flavorful bite to eat, Poke 305 is the place for you. Like Jar + Fork, this eatery is a fast-casual spot to grab delicious meals. They put a Latin twist on classic poke bowls, which is, of course, fitting for Miami. They allow you to build your bowls, burritos, and salads, making the potential variations limited only by your imagination and tastebuds.

Dirt

Don't let the name fool you. When you step into Dirt, prepare to dine on high-quality food made to your specifications. They also cater to those with the most specific of dietary restrictions as they offer Paleo, vegetarian, vegan, and Gluten-free options to their customers. Feel free to eat clean at Dirt!
