Italian Dim Sum Brunch at Macchialina

Miami's "most-starred chef" Michael Pirolo will be offering his nationally acclaimed "Italian Dim Sum Brunch” every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Inspired by the comparison of traditional dim sum to the composition of Italy's staple ravioli, each week chef Pirolo curates a rolling cart full of more than 15 small dishes on rotation that allow guests to choose a variety of Italian dim sum options including a squid ink raviolini stuffed with mortadella, arancini and mozzarella en caroza ($3 - $6 ea.)
